Meals Made In Twenty ~ Broccoli, Corn & Lobster Alfredo Pasta

"My friends, real friends, better than your friends"  works so perfect for the following recipes. As #chencookingchronicles continues to grow my friends ask all the time when are you going to cook for me. My response is always buy the groceries and I'll do it! (lol). 

This meal came out creamy, savory, and of course delicious. My friends were left stuffed and wanting more. To date this has to be one of the best "free-styled" meals made in twenty meal to date --- sure you will enjoy it as much as we did.



1 Box of Penne Pasta 

1 Can of Whole Corn

2 Cans of Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce

Premium Real Lump Crab

Head of Broccoli

1 Tbsp of Butter

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic

Parmesan Cheese

Ginger Powder

Onion Powder

Salt & Black Pepper

Start with bringing your water for the pasta to a boil adding a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Once water begins boiling pour the entire box of pasta and cook for 10 - 12 minutes stirring occasionally. In the last two minutes of cooking pasta add medium cut size broccoli pieces to water stirring into pasta. Leave some for sauce as well.


Eight minutes into cooking pasta begin on making Alfredo lump crab sauce. Start with adding olive oil and fresh chopped garlic to a medium heat sauce pan. Then add lump crab sprinkling in seasonings: ginger powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Let that cook for five minutes then add in drained can corn, broccolli and butter. Stir together frequently. 

After about six minutes of cooking add Alfredo sauce and more seasoning for taste. Turn stove on low heat stirring consistently and sprinkle in parmesan cheese. 


Once sauce is complete add drained pasta and broccoli into sauce mixing all together. Be sure to mix really well together so sauce blends into pasta.



For a last touch sprinkle more parmesan cheese because you can never have to much for a pasta dish then serve this delicious meal made in twenty. for friends family and yo`self. Enjoy!
