Meals Made in Twenty ~ CRAFTED QUINOA GREEN CHILE BURGER
Shopping at Publix and staying on budget really goes hand in hand. They have great Buy One, Get One sales and this time around we picked up some Qrunch Quinoa Burgers. They taste absolutely amazing and you can try it as a dessert too. Totally amazed by that by the way!
For dinner however, we made burgers with a sunny side egg, ice berg lettuce, muenster cheese and a crafted bbq sauce. Delicious quick and tasty. Enjoy!
Slice of Muenster Cheese (any preference is fine)
HOW TO MAKE
Cook quinoa burger over medium heat, 3 - 4 minute per side. After burger is finish remove and set aside then cook egg sunny side up until yolk is cooked 3 - 4 minutes on medium heat. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Turn oven on to broil to melt cheese after layering burger: roll, quinoa patty then cheese. Place in oven to broil, 4-5 minutes. Remove from oven continue layering...egg and lettuce. Start on sauce. Mix 1 Tbsp of bbq sauce and 1 Tbsp of grape jelly in a side dish to add on the bun top. Last, sprinkle feta cheese on sauce then complete the burger with placing bun on top of burger.
